Alternative
This series of photographs focuses on several different alternative ways I have found to present my photographs. I use digital and alternative processes as well as alternative film cameras.

One of my favorite digital processes is collaging. This can be seen with the first two images. These were taken in St. Augustine where I stood in one spot for an hour or more and zomed in on instances that happened around me. In Photoshop I collaged them together to represent the different moments I caught in one image.

The next photographs were made using different alternative cameras. For the first image I used a Holga camera with 120 film to create an image with multiple exposures titled "Wanderlust." The next few were made using a Large Format 4X5 camera in the studio.

The final four images were created using one of the first processes photographers used: Cyanotype. The first three are simply Cyanotypes while the last is a triptich of three Cyanotypes with various toning processes applied. The far left is a Cyanotype with Van Dyke Brown toner outlining the boots. The middle is a Cyanotype and the far right image has been toned with Sodium Bicarbonate and Coffee.
